This is the original request for membership into the PBA by former Chief of Police Robert Flanagan and Frederick Petit. Petit was killed in the line of duty in the Broadway fire of 1957. |
Prior Range House:

This is the original range house located on property owned by the PBA on Weibel Ave.. Also attached to the structured was an indoor firing range which has since been removed.

PCNY Car:

This is an official vehicle marked that was issued to members of the PBA that attended the annual PCNY convention. This marked would be affixed to a vehicle identifying it as a delegate’s vehicle.

Baseball:

This is one of the many youth teams that the PBA has supported and continues to support.

Function:

This is an invitation to a free Christmas show sponsored by the PBA in 1952.

Chaplain Rouillard:

This is a photo of one of the first PBA Chaplains, Irving Rouillard.

Bumper:

This is the bumper sticker placed on all of the Saratoga Springs Police Department marked patrol vehicles in January of 2007 which memorialized the 3 Saratoga Springs Police Officers that died while in the performance of their duties.

1936 Pension Act
This is an original copy of the 1936 Pension Act adopted by the Saratoga Springs City Council which outlined the city’s participation in the statewide pension system adopted in that year.

1936 PCNY Badge:

This badge medal was issued to members of the Saratoga Springs Police Department for the annual Police Conference of New York meeting held in Saratoga Springs from July 26-29 1936. Medal provided by Michael Flanagan.
