K-9 OFFICERS THE LATEST VICTIMS OF CITY'S PUBLIC SAFETY CUTS
In addition to the seven police officers laid off as part of the cuts made to public safety in the 2010 city budget, the Saratoga Springs Police Department’s two canine officers will also be relieved of their duties this year.

POLICE INVESTIGATOR SPLASHED WITH LSD DURING ARREST
